Today’s post will simply be an introduction for reviewers to develop an understanding of the company’s startup, progress, and owner’s experiences. Cody Thomas has developed this company from a simple thought and goal into reality. He found that he always wanted to be a leader in some aspect and has developed a sense of leadership by example. Throughout the course before developing this company he found himself wondering what was best for his future. A business has always been a goal but it was more monetary value rather than a goal for both staff and business value as it is now.
Crosswings Logsistics LLC is going to guarantee that staff will be developed for their future in hopes that they will become more involved with the business and future plans that the owner has. Our first priority is the staff employed by Crosswings Logistics because we feel that when an employee has a better mindset they will perform better in everyday operations. This will allow for retention of not only staff but also customers. Development of employees are only going to be offered to those who meet our expectations and requirements.
